So she decided to take matters of her own hands. Sylvia and her husband Bob, owners of Turner Graphics, donated two new vinyl seals protected with a UV coating to the Mobile Police Department. Why would they give of their time and talent? It’s simple. “Civic duty and professional pride,” says Sylvia.
